Auth.bootUp: 在 Lifestyle 服務啟動 appid。

在從 YDN 取得 appid 之後，只需要透過瀏覽器進入 http://APIServer/version/Auth.bootUp?appid=$appid 就可以正式啟動 appid 在 Lifestyle 的服務。
